3406E DITA Marine Propulsion Engine
The United States Coast Guard needed a marine engine for a vessel and requested the 3406E model currently in use on their other vessels. The Caterpillar factory no longer produced the 3406E model requested but IMP was able to locate the 3406E model and provide it to the US Coast Guard.
