A datacenter in Oregon contacted IMP Corporation to source a reliable XQ800 Tier 4i to provide back-up power to their facility. IMP Corporation had the required equipment in stock but wanted to ensure having the model in inventory since the particular unit is no longer manufactured and are thus difficult to acquire. IMP Corporation was able to acquire a replacement module by searching the proprietary database, IMPetus™, to source the client’s unit.
