| $10M Fund Available for Equipment Purchase |
Industrial Motor Power Corporation is proud to announce the recent sale and delivery of 2 x 50MW Reciprocating Power Stations. One package consisted of (25) 2,000 KW Diesel Power Modules. Some of these modules are destined for Japan to help address their disaster related power crisis. The second package consisted of (30) 1,950 KW Natural Gas reciprocating Generator sets.
Based on this recent activity, and to counteract demand from our Global Customer base, we have decided to establish a new fund and sequester US$10,000,000 for investment in all forms of New, Surplus and Used Power Generation Equipment. We invite all our valued vendors and customers to send us any and all available equipment for sale. | IMP is proud to be attending the world’s largest power generation show, conference, and exhibition. IMP has attended the Power-Gen International show for the past 6 years. This year Power-Gen will be held in Las Vegas, NV on December 13-15, 2011. | Offshore Technology Conference |
| IMP recently attended the Offshore Technology Conference on May 2-5, 2011 in Houston, Texas. With more than 65,000 attendees and 2,000 exhibitors, the OTC show is one of the world’s foremost events for the development of offshore resources. During our time there, we established new partnerships and helped serve our clients’ needs in the constantly evolving offshore industry. We look forward to attending the conference again next year and hope to see you there as well. |

| IMP attended the Power-Gen Asia conference in Singapore the week of November 2nd-4th in 2010. During its successful visit, IMP met with partners and prospective clients to discuss various business opportunities and current power projects. Power-Gen Asia has grown to be the premier exhibition and conference in South East Asia for the power generation and transmission and distribution industries. With growing visitor attendance from over 60 countries, and exhibitors from over 40 nations, Power-Gen Asia is the region’s leading power industry event with international recognition and prestige. |

| IMP is proud to have launched its brand new website in November of 2009. As you can see, we have added many new features and improved many of the features we had on our previous site. We have refined our inventory search and provided various industry resources to keep our customers informed and up to date. We will soon be providing an RSS feed of our inventory, as well as a section to keep you up to date on industry news.
