| Industrial Motor Power Corporation is looking for an experienced Online Marketing Manager to join our sunny California team. We are looking for someone who has a passion for growing business through brand management, development, and successful outreach. IMP is one of the largest independent suppliers of new, surplus, and used power equipment in the world. We specialize in providing quality diesel, natural gas, and turbine power equipment. |
| Working closely with IMP’s leadership, the Marketing Manager will develop and execute a complete marketing plan compromised of the following: |
- Create and maintain a marketing strategy and budget
- Create marketing materials for outreach to existing and new customers
- Develop of all branding, advertising, and collateral
- Market research including competitor analysis
- Manage web site to drive leads and optimize landing pages
- Drive traffic from content pages and blogs and convert the traffic into qualified leads
- Monitor web site SEO (Search Engine Optimization) best practices including performing keyword research and link building
- Perform Google Analytics analysis and optimize web site based on analysis
- Grow web site traffic and leads to meet or exceed plan
- Trade shows and other industry events
|
| Qualifications |
- **Prior experience in the “Industrial Industry” is a huge benefit **
- Possess previous marketing management experience with clear understanding of project setup
- At least 3 years of relevant experience managing digital campaigns
- Experience with web site management and landing page optimization
- Experience working in small, high growth companies
- Experience working on advertising
- Strong analytical and data driven problem solver

Industrial Motor Power Corporation is actively looking for talented and experienced traders to join our sunny California team. But it can’t just be anyone. To be considered for this position you must have: |
- Experience and knowledge in trading/selling new and used power generation equipment and engines both domestically and globally
- Healthy working knowledge of all types of reciprocating generator sets and engines
- Strong knowledge of market value of used and surplus industrial generators and engines
- Ability to develop, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Comfort and strength navigating the Internet
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability and motivation to work alone and as part of a team
- Ambition to earn a low to mid six figure income
